The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. - Psalm 19:1 KJV

Please use the 'contact us' form if there is anything else you might like to know. Feel free to read more about our church on this site, or come and join us on a Sunday morning. We would love to meet you and share with you our love for Jesus Christ, our love for each other, and our love for you.

Our Mission

We believe that the door to salvation is always open, and open to all, and it will be so until He returns. Our mission is to be fully devoted to Jesus by opening our arms to those in search of the truth. We show God’s love and concern for our fellow man at every opportunity. Through works of charity and opening our doors to listen and love, we feel that we are walking in the footsteps of Jesus Christ.

Services are held in the Thornton Dale C of E Primary School, Castle Close, Thornton-le-Dale, Pickering YO18 7TW

Verse for today

1 Corinthians 15:50-58 KJV - Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?  The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
